Worst hotel. No cleanliness, no basic amenities, no hot water for drinking or bath. Please do not go here. it is not a 3 star hotel. they are misleading.

it was terrible and horrible stay, we had booked a room for 3 people and the room offered was very small, and could accommodate only 2 people, they were so rude and behaving very irresponsible and after an argument, they gave a room, where the toilet was terrible, can't express what all we saw there.
finally, we had to move to another room, after a lot of talks, terrible stay, never experienced it before, worst experience
i would ask request you to do the best by giving refund

I had booked 3 executive Rooms , and the condition of the Room was very bad. Full of cockroaches and the blankets were bit by rats
The same was given to us , we had to ask them to clean the room at the time of checkin
Morning there was no hot water, kettle provided in bad condition
One of my relative got hurt while cleaning the kettle
I do no prefer this stay for someone who comes with family and children

hotel room located in main location that is its added advantage, but they need to improve hotel cleanliness they maintained badly under the cot lots of dust, very poor room service need to call several times to get support from them
