very poor facilities. you will get poor room services. and it charge for everything if your bedsheet gets wet by mistaken.

Dirty pool and lack of other important amenities like a decent shower. Food is good. The manager won't listen.

I would never suggest this hotel to any one. Waste of money.No proper services provided,Food is costlier just bzz it is far from bikaner yaha ye log aapko loot lenge. Room me entertainment ke liye sirf doordarshan chalta hai with few news channels.I have also seen some youngsters entering room from near by college. Staff here is too arrogant.

their behaviour was not good....no humanity....we booked them because they said they will allow early checkin....but when we went there they didnt open the door...n abusing us also....we checked in at 12pm....their rooms are also not good....no basic amenties....worst exprience....please dont go at this place
