At the time of check in the double room delux as per my booking details,, was not available due to another customer occupied the room. They temporararily alotted me an ordinary double room for 2 hours just for shower and change. They promisd me to give my booked room at 10.30pm. I left for some urgent personal work. I came back at 10.30 pm and the room was still occupied by the other guest. Finally since it was too late in the night i told them to allot me a single room AC delux which i occupied ...more

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was nice. There was no dining facility, but in room dining facility was there. There was no complimentary services.

Had a very good stay, location was very good and the staffs & services were also up to the mark and cleanliness was also properly maintained.Overall an amazing experience.

They provide us service room which is in their parking area. They told us there is no other room vacant and we have to adjust in this room only. Rest all is okay. Staff is cooperative.

The place is decent looking but the plug points in the room don't work. WiFi is available only at the reception and the sheets are stained.
