1.room is congested. 2.no cupboards.3.cleanliness is satisfactory. 4.we occupied the hotel room at about 4'o clock and vacated at 7 a.m. next day. 5.receptionist/manager is more concerned about charging extra amount for the reasons like delay in vacating the room, didn't verify the details properly, saying room is booked for one person only, etc. he is not considerate even to keep our luggage after 11 a.m. 6.the hotel is not popular and not familiar to auto people.
