they did not receive our booking details and thus no rooms were available for us. Our booking was from 28th December to 30th December. I had contacted them on 26th December to confirm our booking. At that time they told us everything is alright but when we reached there they said that they did not receive any information of our booking. Later, they adjusted our stay in a different property.
