Had a wonderful stay except for the fact that buffet breakfast was served a little late. I had meeting to attend at 9.am. but breakfast wasn't ready till 8.30. am. BTW this was my second time that I checked in at Hotel Ballerina.

Unnecessary billing is being done by the hotel. They are charging for those things which were not even used. After insisting & clarifying, they have forcibly removed unused items from the bill. Very very bad service

it was good to stay at hotel ballerina, they should change their old stock of linens and bath towels etc, also they should give toiletries etc. otherwise it is okay
