very bad experience in banabithi resort . reception staff and service staff behaviour very bad.they insult us in front of other customers.they only want to earn money in any way.they gave us discoulor bedsheet and latter on they try to make money from us .I will not recommend any one to stay in banabithi resort.

The resort is quite pretty thought its not very big. The condition and cleanliness of the rooms could be better and so could the service be whether in general or at tje restaurant. The restaurant took a lot of time to prepare food each time and even though they took an prior order for dinner. Keep in mind that on the weekends, the restaurant only serves buffet lunch and also it will be better to avoid the rooms which are the cheapest since those will be quite small and on the ground floor and wo ...more

All good but we stayed in Jaba Mud house and the bathroom was not well cleaned also power cut frequently without any emergency light bathroom but in good way staff behavior was really good food was good overall nice experience.

It was an overall great stay at this place, with nature so close to us. For once, the place didn't feel boring. The service of the staff and their respect towards guests are commendable. The rooms were very clean and tidy. They maintain the property immaculately, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping. The agriculture in the neighboring lands adds to the natural beauty. We had an excellent experience at Banabithi Resort when we stayed for a night in February 2025. Very neat and clean rooms, clean and very green environment spanning over acres of land and water bodies. The staff members are all very courteous and polite. The complimentary buffet breakfast had it all, like any good 3-star hotel would have, which was a welcome surprise for a resort in a rural area. The restaurant serves delicious food as well. Pre booked the heritage room with full payment. They checked us in a normal subpar room without consent and on protest they said they can't do anything at this point because someone else checked in already. The joke they played on us to ruin pur mood and stay after paying a premium is inexplicable. The food was okay. The complimentary breakfast was sub par.if we booked by calling them directly. This is pathetic and inexcusable.
