Great location. Ganpatipule Bus Stand, Ganpatipule Temple with Beach, Prachin Kokan, Magic Garden are at walkable distance. Rooms are very clean and pleasant. The surroundings are very beautiful. Parking facility is available. Services are good. The Host Couple is very kind and hospitable. Konkan speciality food products displayed at dining area are very tasty. Overall a very good experience.

it was average experience but no drinking water available at home also no water heater. since it was summer it does not require now. mainly it was located far from temple so only concern rest is ok.

Bapat niwas home stay is very good option of accommodation if you want to stay in Ganpatipule. I will give 10/10 for cleanliness and hygiene. Rooms are neat and clean and very specious. Bathroom is also clean. Big beds with clean blankets. There is TV and AC available in room. Hot water is available from 6 am to 11am. Location is 1km away from temple and 1.5km away from malgund beach. Food is also tasty and hygienic. Just parking space is little congested and no wardrobe, no wifi in room. I will definitely recommend this property for staying option.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The Cable Tv was not working as expected Breakfast and dinner was not available when required.
