The basalt resort offered a serene and scenic environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was courteous and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. Rooms were well-maintained, and the food exceeded expectations.

Good: property landscape, food, restaurant staff, location
Average: Facility of swimming pool, play area, discotheque , cycles, scooters etc activity,
Bad: Zen room are not clean, not hygeinic, the bathrooms still have cement work and paint work in rooms is not completed, no value for money for rooms,

Amazing view of Pavagadh mountain from hotel but service and food wasn't good.. it's very poor....wifi wasn't connecting properly. Garden area maintained very well. activity like gym,kids area not enough equipment...
