TV not working as they've have not charged annual TV subscription.
Lift most of times do not work. If there is Senior Citizen, then all the best to you. Do not repent later.
Frequent electricity cut off, so back up is poor.

I booked it for my parents. Since the visit was on Guru Poornima weekend, the prices everywhere were quite high, go with this place. But, the location is the highlight for this property. On the main road, provision for car park (after off course the entry is allowed in the area), provision for the drivers to stay and things like that. If the prices were around 30% adjusted, the price is to amenity ratio would then be apt.

A Nightmarish Stay at Hotel Basera Vrindavan 😞 I recently stayed at Hotel Basera Vrindavan and I am utterly disappointed with the experience I had. The hotel staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the hotel itself was far from the standard that I expected. 🚗 The journey to the hotel was a nightmare.
