We had mixed feelings for our stay in Hotel Bawa, Udaipur. The room was neat and clean, spacious. Staff was courteous. Had smooth check-in and check-out experience. No issues with all that.
However, the bathroom had major issues in room 110. The soap dispensers were not working and we had to call the staff twice to get it fixed. The room was not cleaned up despite explicitly asking for it. When we reported this, they got the issues addressed, but it should have been a proactive measure rather ...more

Great Stay with Excellent Service!
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. Everything was clean and hygienic. The food was tasty, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. Loved the cafeteria's nice location. Special thanks to Manager Vishvedra for his kind help! Highly recommended!

just 1 thing
we asked the staff to clean our room
wr reminded atleast 3 times then it happened
it does not create a good experience to ask for a basic service for 3-4 times

hospitality was amazing staff was very friendly and were available 24*7 complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of variety i stayed here for 5 nights and i don’t even have a single complaint perfect 10/10 experience rooms were amazing very hygienic bathrooms toiletries everything was better then expectations clearly much more then even a 4 star experience would recommend

Rooms are nice and staff behaviour is good. Breakfast could be improved and include more dishes.
