an ac delux room at bcn grand inn, and rooms were easily available. for 2 nights 8th and 9th october 24, the inn's 'house keeping' isn't upto markrunning hot water was switched on after our request only one towel for room with two person occupancy was provided.tv had remote for setbox and they could not provide remote for the tv unit.small cockroaches found in bathroom .rating 3 average. ramanjulu bhasker

poor maitainence and lift not stopped working and ac seems not working, manager is rude but housekeeping staff were helpful, power back seems not available early Morning 5am power cut no light or fan also working in hot summer

this is a decent hotel. nice and spacious rooms. I stayed here with family on the occasion of my friend's marriage. I recommend this hotel

While the hotel seems fairly new and looks neat and clean the room's centralised AC was not cooling even at 18 degrees setting. Managed with fan as the weather was fortunately not very hot. The Bed was sagging like in all hotels not conducive to good sleep. Absolutely no amenities barring a bath towel. The shower fitting indication is reversed and blue side gives Hot water and red side gives cold water.
