Only disappointed with this stay is its very deep inside from road we have to walk through a very small path to reach.. The path is very dangerous there are lot of snakes and dangerous insects on the walk way.. Apart from that rooms are very clean the care taker is very friendly and helpfull.. There is no restaurant at the property we have to reach the beach for food..

Rood was not there and we had to park the vehicle in Siva Prasad parking zone and 500mts walk. Instead we will get some good rooms available on the beach side.

it's too bad....it's cost is to high , less cleanliness inside room n outside , dirty toilet , dirty linens, sufocating, bad smell,

advantage part is it is very lose to kudle beach, Mr Manjunath took care on our needs nicely, restaurant is available in front of the rooms itself, taste is also good. we were in Non AC room, bath room were big but living room is just sufficient for 2. OK 🆗 rooms wrt quality and facility, hot water will be served to you based on usage as there were no Geysers.

this place there are snakes on the way, if you go out from room to the beach. the room service is worst. not a good bed. walls are dirty, no house keeping. we were cleaning our own room. dusting and cleaning daily. in these 5 days they did not even change our bedsheet, no gezer facility, no food facility. they are just making money not for customer satisfaction, the way between room and beach are really worst. there are lats of insects snake. not safe for anyone to go. my partner got leg fractu ...more

The hotel is nearby beach and it only a minutes away from beach .. wonderfull experience at the resort though I was there for one day it felt like I could have been there for more days ...the food is very tasty and it is affordable..the room service is quite good .... the staffs are very friendly and they are active though The hotel is easily affordable and we can easily find that in kudle beach .............

Rooms are clean, however the major challenge is the location..though it only takes 4-5 mins of walk to reach to the beach but very difficult to find the hotel.

Brilliant resort, great service. Value for money and always a good vibe. The food is very good as well, will definitely go there again. Beach is 2 mins walk away from their cafe, which was good. Kudle beach is best among all the beaches. Highly recommended .beach is just 100mts away. Parking is free but available 100 mts away from property open space with tree cover.
