I booked AC deluxe room. when I reached there they gave me ground floor room saying we don't have rooms. The owner told me to give this room to you. The actual owner doesn't stay there and is not reachable at all over the phone/anyway. I waited for 1hr hoping that I will get a chance to talk to the owner. But finally, due to his irresponsible behavior, I had to take that ground floor room. The only 2 stars given to food quality that caretakers provide.

The services were satisfactory and up to the mark, location and surrounding were nice and it was easy to reach, the caretaker was very cooperative, also the homemade food that they served was fantastic, overall the stay was very good.

No TV available. Location is far from karde beach. Karde beach is best beach. At night u dan't have very well developed porch near beach to roam. Non veg food price is quite high. Free Cancellation is not provided. Not so great experience to stay. Neighbors are very much noisy. On one night they playing very loud dj till 12.30 night. That was Very bad...u have to also give additional water bottle charges for ur drinking water.. that is clearly unfair.. it seems like they just wanna take money from u as much as possible. Very much upsetting exp
