The stay was comfortable. The property is just opposite of beach and surrounded by coconut trees making it caom and enjoyable stay.
Service can be better. Limited and costly food options.

the location of beach front villa is excellent around 4 kilometers from temple and just opposite malgund beach .
the beach is one of the most beautiful and serene .rooms are spacious staff is very helpful .

i expect better room at that price point. no doubt location of vila was good but overall experience of staying was average.

The place is good, right opposite the beach. We had booked 3 villas for the family. The rooms were clean but one room had a bit of dust on the walls and one room bedsheets and pillow covers were not appropriately cleaned. The bathroom was clean but the toilets needed more attention. Overall the villas have a nice feel and relaxing atmosphere. We did not try their food as we found it to be a bit steep on the price point. Since the property is right opposite the beach, it gets a good view from certain villas in the property. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Dinner was worst. No Wifi / Internet. Only breakfast was ok. Rest were worst
