There was hair, make-up and food stains on the bed linens.
When asked to change the linens they took an hour to fix it. The helper undid the bed and left the linens in the room for 45 minutes. After three calls and the last warning did they come in to change the bedding. The hotel was really short staffed and the main reception also is empty at night. So if you have any request it wont get looked after. Very poor management.
