amenities are good, but there was a power loss in bathroom/restroom in the morning when i woke up, had to use my phone torch to freshen up before i left to my business. that was a discomfort, also found a bed bug on table crawling, there were some stains on pillows, toilet flush water tank was a bit leaking water whenever flushed, called front desk to find out wifi password which they gave a wrong one and i didn't bother to call back again as they were already speaking in a uninterested tone (a ...more

Hotel staff was not so supportive. There was a marriage going on and it was too loud. I ordered chapati for my child and it had a hair inside it. They charged me for the baby portion food as well. They did not provide an upgrade even when the rooms were available. No swimming pool. Open garden closes at 9PM with a very shady passage through it. All rooms were non smoking but still had a smell in them.

I booked this place. The hotel called me for confirmation of booking and I asked them to give me pool facing room. They said pool facing room is not available today. When I went to the hotel and checked into the room and asked if the pool is open, then I was informed that they don't have a pool. I ended up spending my time in the room which I could have done at my home in Delhi. I booked the hotel to have a good time and relax.
