haven't taken any photos but yes will share all the facts
cons:
1. water bottle they used to come n take n then refill
2. no food after 10.45
3. no extra glass was provided even after making calls a few time
4. no designated smoking area or ash trays
5. gym and pool r very small n jus for decoration purposes
6. lift wasnt working properly
7. in not a good location
8. no paid cold drinks or snacks were there in the room
9. no bathrobe no slippers were provided

Overall, it's a good hotel located in the city center. The name says Sarovar, but I feel they give more importance to foreigners during the check-in process. While I was checking in, there was also a foreign family arriving, and I noticed a clear difference in tone, formalities, and the way they were spoken to — it was completely different from my experience.
In fact, based on this, you might consider changing the hotel name from Sarovar to "Foreigner" instead. Just imagine how many foreigners ...more

Hotel Room AC not working properly. Complain many time but not get satisfy answer from hotel. Go reception and explain them the issue but very careless hotel reception not give an answer or change room . phonetic stay. Even try to call on Goibibo number not responding. Very bad service from hotel and as well as Goibibo. Not get any support from Goibibo…

1. Outstanding ambience
2. Neat and clean room and bathroom
3. Warm and friendly staff
4. Extremely dirty and unhealthy water in the swimming pool
5. Surprising and shocking that restaurant does not have paper/book menu
The hotel does not get 5* rating because of #4 and #5 as above
