Worst experience at Best Western.
This was my 3rd stay and last time i stayed there in 2020 but now condition is very poor.
Refrigerator in room was not working and food quality was very poor.
Not recommended for stay

I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel with my family. Unfortunately, my wife suffered an injury when she stepped on a piece of glass in our room.When the staff conducted a thorough cleaning of the room, they found a substantial amount of glass on the floor. Thankfully, our children were unharmed, but we were alarmed by the presence of glass in the room and concerned about the hotel's cleanliness standards.

Most of the staff as well as guests were males, so it gives a feeling of boys hostel and not hotel. Moreover, some of the staff are unprofessional in their behaviour. Service was poor. Food options were limited to the buffet. I booked a suite room, The water tub was there but the flow of water was so slow that it would take 3-4 hr to fill. Shower water flow was also minimal. When asked, the person says it comes like this only..
