Location is good But It’s an Average property Rooms are in desperate need of repairs Play zone with mostly broken games We Shortlisted because of indoor swimming pool But water was stinking Check in time was 1pm and same was informed to Hotel management a day before in advance but room was not ready and was given to us around 2:30 pm and moreover the lift wasn’t working that time and had to take stairs but yes same was repaired Room AC was pathetic no cooling at all In urgent need of repai ...more

It's a 2year old property with all the amenities inside. F & B staff was soo cooperative. Rooms are very neat and clean and good in size. Food was also very nice .

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western! The mountain view from my room was breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was top-notch, and the overall ambience of the hotel was quite pleasing. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
