worst experience, No lift, No hot water, A/c remote not working, extra bed and extra towels were provided after several calls. fan is making noise.

new property, clinliness is good, but due to under construction some facility not there like hot water not coming...but over all rooms are very good

Stay was really good and recommendable if you are looking budgeted stay with Prime location.
very near to railway station and also the main market and 5 mnts away from the beach.
Staffs did their part well with friendly nature. They were not hesitated to change the room twice due to some personal discomfortness.
I would love to suggest the cleanliness could be little more better. The floor and bed got ready for check-in but there were dusts on other room equipments . We wiped all room be ...more

Beverly Plaza is very close to Railway Station and is in ideal location. Hot water facility is not available. However the caretaker Aswin has arranged hot water even in the early morning. Similarly morning tea service is not available which is a drawback.

I recently stayed at the Beverly Plaza Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was both courteous and professional.

When I reached the hotel along with my 70 year old father around 12:30 am , I was given a used & very dirty room, upon asking the manager said that we do not have any other room and you can cancel the booking very rudely & arrogantly, I got no support from goibibo executive & he refused to provide any other hotel nor did he processed my refund. I had a very troubled night. Very Disappointed
