i booked 5 rooms and they give me 4 rooms ...and they were all messy

I booked deluxe for three 3 people and three bed they provide a normal room and a queen size bed only when I asked they told this is there deluxe room with no sleeper in it no water my experience was pathetic as they show deluxe room in photos they didnt provide that room and also

It is a basic hotel at the heart of Tapovan...Where Ramjhula is appx less than 1km. But the property is not up to the mark. Staffs r not professional. If u want to have a budget AC room.& not with family...then it is just ok.

location is great, Room is clean but bed is not comfortable. As it has spring mattress which is too soft , our back was in pain.

Room was pathetic 😔 it was not cleaned at all. we booked a deluxe room but they provided a normal room which was not cleaned at all. We saw that the pillow was too bad in condition it was all brown with the sweat stains, they just converted it with the pillow cover. Ac was not in a good condition. The balcony was not attached. They didn't even provide almirah. The bathroom was not cleaned. Overall it was a really bad experience.
