Pathetic stay food was bad Paratha half cooked sabji tasteless .Even after cleaning the room the didn't change the towel in bathroom.

Ac has not working, electricity cut midnight, tomorrow I complained in reception but they not entertained, just told " ahi jabo, alop pisot ahi jabo, Ac r problem solve hoi jabo". Whole night I suffered for AC and electricity

Great rooms, great people, nice location. Had some trouble on first day evening, but that was handled nicely by the hotel staff. Very good, polite staff and prompt service. Highly recommended.
Its location and connectivity, attitude of staff and promptness of service.
