Owner denied to give room. he had already given rooms to someone else. instead, he said we can stay at Kanahia Garden. those rooms were pathetic. no cleaning. lizard and rats in the room. smell in the water taps.

Despite its popularity, my experience was a complete disaster. one of the worst experiences I ever had. surely no audits are done. They didn't provide breakfast on both days. one of the mornings they gave this daal kachori certainly raat ka and while checking out they charged for this kachori. I selected the option including breakfast and they had no kitchen and no one was there to cook. room and bathroom were horrible as one can see in the photos. We had very bad experience with the hotel stay. We had booked 4 rooms for 2-night stay. When we arrived at the hotel, rooms were very dirty, bathroom was smelling very badly and commodes were very dirty. There was only 1 staff who was taking care of everything at hotel, right from reception to cleaning rooms and to make tea at kitchen.When we told him to clean the room, he said this is already cleaned and no further cleaning will be done.
