Overall Experience is 2/5.Good--It's 850mtrs from Chennai central railway station front gate. You can walk to the hotel if you would like to.-Staffs were well mannered. -AC was working. Lucky, I was.Dislikes--Actual Hotel is the opposite of the photos.-Room was too small for the amount charged.-They join two single beds instead of one double bed. it was difficult for my Child to sleep in the middle of the parents.-They don't have hot water tap in the bathroom.-TV was not working.-I booked flexib ...more

I booked an AC room. I booked for 24hrs flexible booking. I checked in around 10pm. I was supposed to get the room till next 10pm. but on reaching the hotel, they didn't agree to that. However, after discussion they allowed me for another 2 hrs and I checked out the room at 2:30pm. goibibo should be responsible for this discrepancy.
Staff was good. But the room for the price was not worth. TV was not working. No hot water for baby's bath as well. room was very small for the price. room is around 1 km from Chennai central railway station.

Extremely disappointing experience! The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible for me to sleep the entire night. The single small bedroom was also not clean, and there was no TV, despite being part of the booking. What I paid for was not what I received. Very poor service.

It was really a good stay...as it is mentioned in the app they support flexible check in and 24hr checkout post checkin..rooms were very well cleaned and they provide basic amenities for the stay...it is very near to Chennai Central and it will be very easy to travel ... 5/5 star for this
