very very very pathetic experience. First a fall the location is too worst, very unsafe area. Staff is very rude and have not provided any basic guest services.
AC and TV was also not works so I contact them they informed me that they will check but they didn't. Moreover I purchased some basic from the hotel like brush and soap in which they need to provide for free but they charged me 2 times more on MRP. This is a good hotel and the staff are very friendly. Their room rate with breakfast and dinner is really good. Specially staff Noor was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel
