Not giving any concessions for online bookings.Eg Free breakfast
Why such treatment?
Ac unit - Horrible. huge sound.
House keeping worst
Not worth for the money paid.
10 years back it was good. now become worst.
Food quality also deterirated
Wash basin soap & handwash not at all working.

Hotel ambience was good booked through Goibibo not providing complimentary breakfast.
I have booked wrong date hotel agreed in changing the date i liked it.
Good i felt staff and receptionist was little arrogant.

centrally located, very near to railway station, Govindarajaswamy temple and Bus stand. very hygenic rooms with a same good ambience resturant in underground is available.

old wine in new bottle, rooms are not comfortable to the price being charged. coffee flasks are from BC days and staff old school of thought

Food is good, for early check in they charge half day rent. Rest of all OK. For avoiding early check in better to book the hotel directly.
