Quite neighborhood. green outside with variety of birds coming in the morning. maintenance & cleaning needs to improve. some in house catering would be good for some visitors. big airy rooms, big windows. spacious bed. quite neighborhood. Owner courteous. green lawn. lots of birds in the morning
