We booked delux ac room for one day. The AC was not working, the washroom was horribly dirty, leakage from tap, very bad odour, can't be used at all. The bed sheet, pillow cover, towels have turned black in color, stinking condition. Mineral water which is mentioned in facilities was not served even after asking for it. We were not even asked for IDs during check in. It was one of the worst vibes we felt w.r.t security. we have left the premises in an hour. There was no food available around, minimal options with terrible taste as well.
