    please dont book bison river resort. its not worth your money there are many other options available. pros: location as its adjacent to river. cons: 1.since they have water activities outside ppl come and its never a silent serene ppace to stay always filled with 100s of people. 2. the rooms are worst. something falls from terrace. sometimes facets of lizards and ehat not. the toilet flushes dont work. they changed our room for this (after asking them frequently). we were not able to use the toi ...more

    Location is very good. Food quality is ok. There was to telephone in Room to call for room service. Room service no. is expected to be called from mobile but there is no range to our mobiles. Room maintenance is required. Main door lock was working properly. No cleaning in 2 days stay.

    Extremely overpriced for wahts on offer. Except location, this one fails on all counts, lacking upkeep of the facility, bad condition of rooms and bathrooms and even worse service quality. There are better options around this facility at much cheaper cost. Stay away unless you have no other option.

    NOT GOOD. AC NOT WORKING, ROOM NOT WORTH IT. FOOD WAS VERY ORDINARY. ITS ONLY PLUS POINT IS ITS LOCATION ON THE RIVER BANK. GOOD FOR WATER SPORTING ACTIVITIES. STAFF COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WOULD NOT NOT GO BACK. WOULD RATHER SPEND 6K PER NIGHT IN SOME OTHER RESORT

    Food is good but if u go on week days when not many guests are there then service will be pathetic. Few staff good few are arrogant. No alcohol available other than beer and even that is not kept chilled
