no high tea.as per commitment..no welcome drinks..no complimentary cookies 🍪. nothing is there..what kind of feedback should i giveno facility which we saw before booking . i feel cheated...

Hotel is nice, the staff attitude is excellent, the man power is low , hence compromise the cleanliness. Hot water facility for bath not available. Drinking water provided is limited which cannot fulfill average requirements. Beaverages & Food is very costly.
