Cleanness is very bad. People are smoking in lobby and outside room. There ia no options for breakfast. No amenitiea like hand wash , shop and shampoo. There is used bottle of water and alchoholic drinks in drawers and below bed.

the hotel is very neat and clean. the room is also very good, the bed is also comfortable. the bathroom is also good. last evening i booked this hotel when i entered the hotel the man who sat on respection that the behaviour was very very nice . so i recommend all of you when you come to karnal then stay in this hotel.
