guys settle your issues in between you and bloom.. dont waste customers time. i am waiting here since last 40 min for checking out. bloom said they have not received payment and you are saying they will receive after 24 hrs..... pls settle you things internally and let the cusyomer go. very pathetic experience.

The rooms are spacious and there is a balcony attached to it.
The buffet breakfast is awesome and has many options.
The place is a pleasant stay and is at a walking distance from Little Mount metro station.
Good for business travellers and also family.

Stayed here for two days as a solo female traveller, and loved the room and the room service a lot.
I reached early, and though I asked them to call me when the room was ready, I didn’t hear from them at all. When I did arrive again at 2 PM, there were further delays in the room as the staff seemed inexperienced and they kept calling for a senior to assist them. That was disappointing, especially during actual Check in time.
The lifts are also really old, needs maintenance really badly.
