Courteous and helpful staff. Decent food options. Limited parking but valet present to help. Rooms are clean.

Stayed here for a night while travelling from Munnar to Chennai. Booked at the last minute, Staff were available to assist us with late check in. Rooms were clean and comfy, extra beds were ready before we reached. I really appreciate the staff for doing it. Morning breakfast was also nice. Highly recommended for families.

Though I liked this hotel in many aspects, I did not feel comfortable with bedspreads, pillow, bed sheets as they looked like used and not put for laundry wash after the last guest's stay.

Located @ junction, extremely close to bus stand and railway station.. rooms are spacious while food is terriffic
