The ambience and room is good but the support staff can spoil your day. I had the booking of the most costlier suite but the staff was not responsive enough, you keep calling reception, no one responds, services are delayed till you feel no more need of it. I regret making my stay as it literally ruined my weekend experience. Hopefully they work on the gaps ( which is much needed) and provide better experience to the future guest.
