Best Rooms, Budget Friendly, Amazing behavior, Food is best for North indians. Would recommend for family and solo both.

Surroundings and hotel premises were silent. Very peaceful. King size bed. Ambient scape. Good veranda. Can go for a peaceful walk. Restaurant was good. Only issues was with hot water which not up to the mark. Need to increase the capacity so that the waiting time decreases

Pros:
1. Service was prompt and staff courteous
2. Very clean room and bathroom. Both Ac and Geyser were working properly
3. Good location for tourists - near Sitapur beach sunrise point
4. Food is simple but delicious and homely
5. Property is well maintained with beautiful garden and trees
Cons:
1. Power cut is an issue but this is generic throughout Neil island
2. Slightly lower room rent would make it ideal
Final verdict:
Recommended for all tourists

Hotel is average. as per it's price totally unsatisfied. No extra amenities available as per resort. it's named as Resort no facilities or services like resort was avilable.
