Horrible place. Bad location and no electricity!
We left immediately after checking in! Total waste of money!

rooms were allotted after 3hrs late from check in. we had reached by 9.45
second day drinking water and bathing soap were not provided and bedsheets were not changed.
after the night dinner the leftovers were seen still in the morning as it was left by the guests last night. and were cleaned only by 7:30 am
not at all well maintained property. twas not even near to 2star .
the staff were very helpful and humble.
breakfast was satisfying

Will not recommend this place unless it is refurbished. Basic amenities missing. The rooms do not have drinking water or glasses. The linen is dirty and not changed regularly. No provision for morning tea. Suggest you look for better options.

must stay place. extremely comfortable. host is terrifically helpful and works yowar1 customer's delight. very clean. all the amenities work perfectly fine. walking distance from patnem and very close to palolem.

The hotel is situated 100mts from the main beach, almost on the beach with a path from the property leading to beach. The stay was super comfortable, very courteous staff, willing to accommodate any extra request. The food was simple yet delicious, special mention for the complimentary breakfast, good veg spread, egg is available but chargeable. Location wise, it is 41 km from Gokarna, with a shorter alternative distance of 14 kms if you travel by ferry.
