Hotel was descent but breakfast options were very less and they have charged extra money for juice as they were saying they have 250 rupees allocated for each person breakfast plate. Rooms were very basic but in this cost it is fine.

staff was totally uncooperative. they charged extra 300/- for driver stay. totally dissatisfied. after shouting for food and tea they gave us. All staff are hiding whenever they come to know that something is happening.
staff and extra charges for driver stay -300/- I want refund for it

The location is easy to find, but reaching the property requires a 5-minute walk on an uneven slope. It was difficult to drag our luggage, especially since the path was muddy due to the rain.
The room was nice with a good view, but the toilet was very dirty when we arrived. Thankfully, they got it cleaned. The staff was helpful and provided a taxi driver’s contact, who turned out to be really good.
One downside was the food—it was overpriced for the small portions served. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

the room service was very good and room was pretty good too , worth it. and stuffs were also so nice. and food was also soo good ,but little expensive + gst :)

the hotel is pretty good. good location. my experience to stay here with family was excellent. staff behaviour was nice. good food with reasonable price. one must stay at this hotel when traveling at ziro.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were fine..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten ...more
