The rooms were spacious and good. The hotel staff assisted us well. However, the bell boy didn't know Hindi at all, he was speaking in Bangla thoroughly which created difficulty for us to comprehend. The washroom had a bathtub and it had adequate space, in the name of toiletries we received only shampoo and soap. No coffee or tea kit was there. the room has not cleared properly The washroom flush is broken, There is no availability of staff, The cup and classes not provide to guests a very bad experience I never go and nor recommend it to anybody, very disappointing service.

The experience was good ,Stuff Behavior was polite and well mannered everyone. Room was good,spacious and clean but the washroom was not clean and they don't give us any toiletries. We stay 2 night 3 days they came and give us 2 Bottles of water every morning and room service doned by them. But when we leave the hotel they charge extra per head 10 rupees for development charge for no reason, I don't think that was professional at all because our all payments are paid so gst etc was including in bills also, so extra development charge was not recommended.

This is a nice hotel and a good option for a stay. It's conveniently located about 8-10 minutes' walk from the beach.
The in-house restaurant serves good food, though the prices are on the higher side. However, the Wi-Fi quality could be improved.
One unusual feature is that there are no mirrors in the room; instead, the mirror is placed on the balcony, which might feel a bit awkward.
On the positive side, the staff is friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes are smooth and hassle-free.

stay at hotel blue waves, digha, west bengal, india is not a great about hotel, but lunch at hotel was just delicious and in a word was just awesome, stuff behaviour was good, hotel cleaning was average, toiletries was given after request, we booked 3 ac standard room. no balcony view was available from any rooms, elevator was very hot and totally uncleaned with bad smell in it. far distance rom digha sea beach, a bar is attached with this property, so dinking people can book this and of course once again their cook was awesome.
