The stay was pretty good, The food service was excellent.
as a business traveller, I would expect some water bottle, tea coffee as complimentary every day.

i must suggest management to attached AC with generator. also you guys must refund amount as the AC is not working for more than 8 hours. you guys have no idea how we spend a day in your hotel

hotel is within the city, and most of business are nearby, the staff was prompt in service, little issues of cleanliness in washroom, insects were found in washroom. balcony view of pillgarden superb.

The morning room service was pathetic. The hotel staff were not even picking room service calls in the early morning. staff behaviour was good. The experience was not bad not a good type.
