i had a one-day stay at the hotel, and everything was excellent. the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. although it was a short visit, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other.

Worst experience! This is my third visit to BMS hotel and good bye to bms , never i will book again. I had multiple issues with the hotel.1. Old Closet 2. Bed sheet and bed mattress very very old ( need to improve by providing new )3. Refrigerator(mini fridge) not working - i informed the staff while my check in time, he said next morning he will replace , then next day new shift team they said we dont provide mini fridge to your room, - i dont understand then why they put that there, and even m ...more

The hotel is clean with 100 rooms and the Staff are polite and accommodating.
Rooms are very spacious with all necessary amenities.
The food is veg and tastes like home.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. When we went there first thing I noticed was that water bottle wasn't sealed. Apart from this bathroom wasn't clean. Also I found lemon beneath sofa. Upon informing it at reception nobody came to clean it up.

Rooms are comfortable and specious. It is safe and secured for family. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative. Restaurant is well managed. Meals are tasty and delicious. Area is neat and clean.
Plenty of space is available for parking.
