lazy management and super lazy receptionist that i have ever seen in my life
At first when i checked in rooms bedsheets were dirty and infact washroom was not clean i informed the receptionist and she took it in usual way ,after 50 mins room's bedsheet were changed and washroom got clean-up
and now here comes the surprising part receptionist was asking me to do it **/- which was later sorted out after the interfarance of go ibibo customer care support team..

Stayed here for 4 days! Got this Hotel for 7.3k approx for 4 days. Very Bad Management and Food. Never Order Food from this place. We ordered 4 things and they were horrible. No one even cared to even clean the room as we were there for 4 Days! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property has excellent views from its roof top restaurant & few of its room's balconies as well. Its just 5mins walk away from namgyal monastery & the main market. No parking facility available. Mcleodganj's Paid parking area would be 10-12 mins walk away.
There are 20-30 odd staircase to climb up/down to reach the rooms. Rooms were clean and very spacious.
