it’s a ok staycation for those who wants a resort to stay.. they upgraded the room for us as there we’re available.. food was not bad.. but other than that the pool around the rooms were not clean and it was smelly … they keep on cutting down the grass around which makes a lot of noise and that smell of grass is very disturbing … the beech is not private it’s completely public and not clean and safe… the pool was okay but they keep on cleaning and not allowing us to get into it… overall a okay e ...more

Lot of maintenance required, not worth for the cost. Broken dustbins, showers, beds not comfy..
Being a start category resort, extra bed is put on the floor without any cot, after informing front desk they gave cot.
Staffs are good and kind enough!!

Worst services in all the aspect .
Nothing is mentioned in resort.

There is no explanation or guidance on kids activity and the place is not safe and hygiene in terms of kids care and security.
My son met with an injury in his head due to swing back and hit. No one is cared on this incident and i took my son into hospital in my own car for doctor consultation with stiching in his head. No one from the hotel helped me to safe on this incident.

the resort is very nice. Only thing is there are hefty charges for some activities which are not worth, ex sungazing, water roller etc.

Had booked Heavens room.. Not to the expectations of a 5 star property. lunch and coffee was average and charge was exorbitantly high.
Room amenities were okay.
outdoor area is good and relaxing.

the property is old but can be maintained well
the staff are lil late with responding because we had asked for a plate to our room but it took them more than 20 mins and for that also we had to call 4 times
