room was so big, near and clean.
food quality was also very amazing with properly hygienic pool.

It was a nice stay at Bonvilla Retreat in Kaziranga. Fortunately we spotted tiger in the national park. Special Thanks to Mr. Naresh for arranging everything. We would live to visit the property again whenever we come to Kaziranga. Highly recommended.

I had to book this as a compulsion, rather than any plan. I can understand that this is the off season for the property. But one expects the bare minimum from the listed services.
The TV was not working. Dinner was a huge disappointment, with a downright bad taste.
The resident manager turned out to be rather rude. I had some queries and requests, which I put to him in Assamese, but he preferred to answer me rather rudely in English. (I consider that as rather as an insult to the State Language). However, the rest of the staff were helpful and courteous.
