It was okay okay, the rooms cleanliness was not upto mark. Even there was issue with the geysers. I booked two rooms but the hot water was not available in both the rooms during the first night of my stay. However they fixed that during the second day. But there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom taps, as if something is rotten in their water tank. But I must admit that their food (veg.) was amazing. both the breakfast and dinner.

We were on girls trip with 2 year old baby and stayed in minimum range room and overall stay was very comfortable, staff was very nice and cooperative food was good enough to eat as we were not included dinner but cost of 2 dinner was so less and staff was very helpful till late nights

Little bit remote as the area says. excellent stay..nice staff..its perfect place to enjoy the exquisite beauty of the Himalayas!

If you are coming for kasardevi dont stay here ,hotel is very far from kasar & no convienience is there to travel taxi charges are very heavy. Else property view & rooms are good !!

food was not up to the mark and of average quality but the cost of food was too high comparatively to some good hotels. When asked to provide heater in room , they told it's chargeble with Rs 500/-. It's my first experience to get such an unexpected reply. It's not worth to visit this hotel again. Overall experience is just below average or poor.

Property is situated at a weird location but at a Peaceful Vicinity. Rooms size was apt and amazing. Sun rise and sunset point view was from the Resort itself. Good staff and great service. Kudos to them✌
