Overall experience was bad. There was too many insects. And there is no security. The location is superb as it is close to waterfall. Also there is garden in the property. There is no staff except for one lady who is for cooking. It is not good for family stay. I stayed with family.

We were a group 5 from work and we had booked a single room. The room was well maintained and clean. They had provided us with 5 individual beds which were very comfortable. The good points are
1. It is not very far off from central Chikmagalur. You can reach the town in 5 minutes by car.
2. Very well maintained property with ample greenery, open space, lawn and a swimming pool (which was under construction as of June 23, 2019. They said it would be complete in the following week)
