I have booked hotel on 12.30 am thought it's the same day but hotel denied saying you should have booked on 1 St and denied my entry ..they also had one room empty but did no give me . I need my refund

overall hotel stay experience is excellent,I enjoyed for three nights,the behavior of hotel owner as well as staff is excellent.My bad experience is that the charge of rent process is not good instead of decreasing the rent for same customer for 2nd & 3rd night you are just increasing double that is absolutely not fare.Please take care of such type of things in future because I am your permanent customer from last 6-7years.
