we booked at nazira brahmaputra hotel and was confirmed but the hotel authorities placed us at sivsagar brahmaputra which was approx 25 km at a distance , the roads were so bad that can't be explained, after all due to same ownership hotel we were placed at sivsagar brahmaputra with additional tariff rs.1000+ taxes which were fully unethical. no doubt the food quality was good but being very expensive compared to quality of the room.

The room was pathetic. I booked a double room but they adjusted us with a single room with two beds. Staff was very rude. Very dissatisfied. Paid 3k but it wasnt worth even 1k
