the experience was not good. prices are too high for the quality of the hotel. the pictures misrepresented the reality. to reach the second floor, one must first go to the third floor and then take the stairs down. this is difficult for elderly guests. food is highly expensive. the facade and garden do not match the hotel's pictures. even at half the cost, i would have been dissatisfied; the main issue is the poor value for money. they have a club with loud music that will prevent you from resting if you stay at the hotel. the hotel's views are also not good.

Service's are not upto the mark compared to room charges.The room i was staying required maintenance like broken door handle/lock, geyser not functioning and crack bath tub.However, food was nice.

The spa or gym isn't working ... jacuzzi was dirty ...room had cockroaches... lighting was poor...only thing good was food

We were 2 families who stayed in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable. Food is good. Breakfast should have more options. Spa is only available in advance and hotel should also mention that spa booking will be taken in advance. Disc is really good with nice bar and hookah options

we booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights .to our shock when we entered the hotel the person at the front desk kept saying u have to wait as the rooms are yet not clean nd ready..meanwhile we went to restaurant in the property for breakfast which was ok(not too yummy then we came back to front desk nd asked for check in...so the person over there did not show us the rooms as said they are being cleaned and took our documents required to check in....after taking documents he said ur rooms r re ...more

Great location. We had opted for Junior suite which suites a small family very well. Buffet breakfast does not have much options. However, additional food ordered was good in taste. Hotel staff provided travel options for day tours and taxi whenever required. Play area was closed during our stay (as per hotel staff play area is being renovated currently)
Suite room option which suited best for couples with kids.
