there is no service of staff for hot drinking water and no intercom,, they are charged extra amount of early checking rs.1000/- reception boy behaved not so good,, it was bad experience

The stay was not worth the money there was a cockroach roaming in the room as I entered. They served us with the local water filled in bisleri bottle. There was no one to carry out luggage at the time of check out. It was not appearing like a hotel moreover like a homestay. I would not suggest anyone to stay there .Thank you

pathetic hotel and poor service ac was not working room were not clean at all. Rude and arrogant staff specially the guy who sits during night was drunk and they dont even provide packed drinking water and even after paying extra full day charges for late check out they were asking extra money.

location - good service - good rooms - ok unfortunately faced an issue wherein AC malfunctioned and there was all water in room late night. luckily didn't slipped next day had to change the room

horrible hotel In Ujjain. No facility provided by hotel. No cleaning, No ac working, No staffs, it's not a hotel but it's a place of all types of horrible problem .so I request to all customers don't stay there it's total waste of your money and time.

worst experience, hotel not suitable for family, I was alloted in 6th floor room no 501, where bottles along with garbage was there in front of my room,they suggested wait for another 30min-1 hour as another customer was about to leave the room in 30min-1hourwe , the family along with 7 year kid was there, we left the hotel within 10 minutes and booked another hotel.
